Антон має багаторічний досвід представництва та захисту прав та інтересів юридичних осіб у господарських та адміністративних судах України, скасування рішень контролюючих (податкових) органів України, правового забезпечення договірної та комерційної діяльності, правового забезпечення проведення зборів акціонерів АТ, успішного захисту прав і свобод фізичних і юридичних осіб в рамках кримінального процесу (повернення майна, зняття арешту з майна, скасування інших заходів забезпечення кримінального провадження).

З 2017 року входить до складу наглядової ради ряду акціонерних товариств, завдяки чому набув необхідного управлінського досвіду.

Experience: has more than 13 years of experience in legal practice; was a full-time legal adviser at enterprises of the private sector of the economy in 2007-2012 and has been engaged in private law practice since 2012. During this time, has provided legal services to the leading representatives of the metallurgical industrial business of Ukraine (Stal PrJSC, KKZ Tsentrokuz PrJSC, Shakhtremmash LLC), the official BMW dealer in the city of Luhansk (Avtodom Victoria LLC), insurance companies (PJSC “IC Euroins Ukraine”), and enterprises of the public sector of the economy (SE “Kyiv Oblavtodor”).

Anton boasts of many years of experience in representing and protecting the rights and interests of legal entities in both economic and administrative courts of Ukraine, canceling decisions of controlling (taxation) bodies of Ukraine and providing legal support for contractual and commercial activities, legal support for holding of meetings of stockholders of joint-stock companies, successful protection of the rights and freedoms of private individuals and legal entities in the framework of criminal proceedings (the return of property, the release of property from attachment and cancellation of other precautionary moves).

Since 2017, Anton has been a member of the supervisory board of a number of joint stock companies, thanks to that he has acquired the necessary management experience.
